Where we ship

We ship across India. Some pin codes may be unserviceable for chilled perishable goods; we will contact you if we cannot deliver.

Processing & dispatch

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Because our Jun kombucha is live and perishable, we dispatch with appropriate packaging and, where needed, insulated/cold-chain handling.

Delivery times & charges

Typical delivery is 2–6 business days depending on destination. Shipping is calculated at checkout (server-side); orders above the published threshold ship free. Metro and non-metro timelines may differ.

Tracking

You’ll receive tracking details by email once your order ships.

Delays

We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, or events beyond our control, but we will help resolve any issue.
